Hooked by Design creates yarn hooking kits for the modern rug hooker.
Using the old fashioned method of hooking but creating a more contemporary look by using carpet yarn in gorgeous muted colours . . there are lots of designs to choose from including bags, cushions and pictures . All kits include the hooking tool, patterned hessian, wool, colour swatch, pattern and rug hooking instructions.
Yarn hooking workshops held at Hawkswick Cote Farm – small groups of up to 8 people. 10am – 4pm / a kit of your choice and a hooking frame , full tuition for the day, simple vegetarian lunch, homemade cakes and lashings of tea and coffee.
